You will travel north along the Route de la Trace. This ancient road, opened by the Jesuits, winds its way up a slope through the heart of the tropical rainforest. It boasts 1,700 plant species, including 200 ferns. When you arrive in Morne-rouge, you'll discover Anaïs' farm, where she'll share her secrets about growing bourbon vanilla. Tropical fruits, aromatic plants and spices... A real laboratory to stimulate your five senses.

At aperitif time, you'll visit the Depaz distillery and its castle set in the middle of sugar cane fields. In the afternoon, you'll delve into the history of the mythical city of Saint-Pierre, a city of art and history destroyed in 1902 by the eruption of Mount Pelé. You will then make your way back to your hotel along the Caribbean coast and its succession of picturesque fishing villages. You won't be able to resist stopping off at a small beach to admire the spectacular sunset at this point on the island.
