The personal information collected via the registration form of our Loyalty Programme is recorded in a computerised file.
It is necessary for the purposes of administering the Programme and members' accounts. You will receive communications relating to your account under the Programme.
The data indicated as compulsory on the registration form are essential for registration.
The personal data collected is kept for three (3) years from the last date of activity of the registered member.
They are collected and processed by the service provider Adelya on our behalf.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, each member of the Programme has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them at any time by writing to our customer service department or to the technical operator of this programme, Adelya - Green Park I, 298 allée du lac, 31670 LABEGE, indicating their surname, first name, address and e-mail address in order to speed up consideration of their request.
