As part of your stay, Carole has prepared workshops based on her area of expertise and is developing tailor-made workshops according to your wishes.
Carole, a yoga teacher with a passion for humanity and India, will help you discover or perfect the techniques of Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Typical schedule: flexible according to the season
8:30 am: Breakfast: seasonal fruit basket, fresh cereal bread, cheese and eggs, seeds and almonds, fresh fruit juice, hot drinks.
9:30am-11am: Hatha Yoga on the teak floor in front of the pool or indoors, waking up to shine. Breathing, series of postures, relaxation and meditation to the sound of singing bowls.
12.30- 2pm: Vegan salad lunch in the garden, using local produce.
2pm-5.30pm; Free time: Relaxation, beach, excursion.
6-7pm: Yoga Nidra relaxation.
7.45pm: Free evening to discover the local gastronomy.
* Possibility of an introduction to and discovery of modelling. Awakening the sense of touch, feeling the clay, modelling it, creating your first shapes by tilting and rolling the clay; ceramics with the aim of creating an object according to your desires: incense holder, bowl or mug, vase or bowl, sculptures.
