After arriving in Ethiopia, meet your guide at Addis Ababa airport for a memorable first day. Enjoy refreshments at the hotel before setting off to explore the vibrant capital, where past and present meet. Visit the National Museum to admire "Lucy", the 3.2 million-year-old skeleton that symbolises the cradle of humanity. Then climb Entoto Mountain, offering breathtaking views over the city, and explore the old Mariyam Church and Menelik Palace. If you arrive at the weekend, immerse yourself in the world of Ethiopian textiles at Sabahar Textileswhere scarves are woven in accordance with fair trade principles. A first day full of discoveries!

Head for the majestic Choke Mountains for a total immersion in nature. After a journey of 5 to 6 hours, you will reach the Mulu Eco Lodge situated at an altitude of over 3000 metres. A stroll along the shores will allow you to observe a variety of wildlife, including many tropical birds. After a night in the heart of the Simien mountains, your journey takes you to AksumAksum, the city of obelisks and former centre of the Aksumite kingdom. Let yourself be guided through these religious monuments, and discover the legends surrounding their construction. You'll also attend religious ceremonies, immersing yourself in Ethiopian Orthodox spirituality. The atmosphere is both mystical and captivating.
