Day 1
Paris

Days 2-8
Cochin , Kanjirapally
Day 2: Arrival at Cochin airport, welcome and transfer to Chamundi Hill Palace.
Situated in the heart of Kerala, 120km from Cochin, the Chamundi Hill Palace opens its doors to you for total relaxation. This heavenly place, in the heart of the Ghats, puts the emphasis on a family welcome and the quality of traditional Ayurvedic treatments. You will be accommodated in comfortable rooms with en-suite facilities. The basic cures offered are "fitness" and "rejuvenation" (for a specific cure, please contact us).
Treatments from day 2 to day 8
Programme for a typical day :
Morning yoga class (1 hour) and meditation, one-hour massage or treatment with two therapists,
Breakfast between 8:30 and 10:00,
Stroll through the surrounding plantation villages,
Lunch (vegetarian and organic meals),
In the afternoon, a yoga class (1 hour) and meditation, plus a one-hour treatment with two therapists,
Dinner at around 7pm.
Once a week, stomach cleansing (every 7th or 8th night), chanting and meditation at 8pm (centenary tree).
Several excursions are planned as part of your stay:
Meet the elephants: you can feed them, bathe them and take a ride on their backs. Then off to Thekkady to visit a spice garden.
Your second outing will be to the tea plantations and factory, where you can see how the leaves are transformed into a beverage.
Shopping: discover Indian handicrafts, saris and other traditional garments, decorative objects and other souvenirs

Day 9
Cochin, France
In the morning, departure for Cochin airport to catch your return flight to France.

Accommodation in a fully-equipped 3-star cottage in comfortable double/twin rooms with private bathrooms.
With over 100 hectares of plantations, Chamundi Hill Palace is a very peaceful place with very pleasant temperatures and unpolluted air. It boasts an organic fruit and vegetable garden, from which typical Kerala dishes are prepared. At this traditional Ayurvedic centre, you can enjoy certified, high-quality Ayurvedic treatment by experienced, caring therapists. The staff at Chamundi Hill are friendly, helpful and attentive too. Finally, the rooms are clean and spacious.
The climate in the Kerala region is cool and temperate all year round. It's the perfect environment for your Ayurvedic cure, with fresh air and calm to regenerate your body and mind!

To date, no vaccinations are compulsory. We do, however, recommend: cholera, hepatitis B and DT Polio. Anti-malaria recommended.

PASSPORT & VISAS
For your trip to India, you will need a passport that is valid for six months after the return date of your trip.
You will need to obtain a VISA from the new office responsible for issuing visas since the beginning of 2008.

The effects of such a cure, particularly on stress, are real. For lasting effects, a 14-day course is ideal.
