Rejuvenation Programme: simply put, this programme consists of 'rejuvenating' your metabolism by restoring the balance between your body, mind and soul. It consists of massages performed by 2 therapists, steam baths and a herbal treatment. Facial treatments are also included. The daily treatment lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. Ideal for discovering Ayurveda.
Body Purification Programme: the aim is to rebalance your Tridosha (Vatha, Pitha and Kapha) by eliminating toxins. This programme consists of oil application (Snehanakarma), sweating (Swedanakarma) and other detoxification procedures (Panchakarma): massages, purgative treatments, steam baths. For those already familiar with the principle of cures.

Comfort

The rooms are fully equipped and very comfortable. They are built using environmentally-friendly materials and have been designed to blend discreetly into the surroundings. They are perfectly ventilated to allow fresh air to circulate.

Climate and equipment

Climate Kovalam :
The cool, temperate climate all year round in this region of Kerala offers ideal conditions for your Ayurvedic treatment.
You can also go to Kerala for a cure during the monsoon period (June to September), when there are fewer tourists and the climate is favourable for ayurveda. However, you will not be able to bathe.

Health

Be in possession of a certificate of good physical health.
To date, no vaccinations are compulsory. We do, however, recommend: cholera, hepatitis B and DT Polio. Anti-malaria recommended.
Water: drink only bottled mineral water.

Formalities

PASSPORT & VISAS
For your trip to India, you will need a passport that is valid for six months beyond the date of your return. You will need to obtain a visa from the new office responsible for issuing visas since the beginning of 2008. We will be happy to help you with all the formalities.

An excellent centre with attentive staff. The comfort and location (by the sea) are excellent, as are the food and treatments... in short, all the ingredients are there for you to completely recharge your batteries. The benefits of such a cure are real.
We suggest a 14-day course of treatment, as it's only after this time that the effects of the treatment really kick in, but you can ask us for a quote for an 8-day course.
