Following the spirit of Viniyoga, Nathalie Moulis will offer creative classes adapted to each individual. Your guide, a teacher since 1979 in Antibes and Sophia Antipolis, will be on hand morning and evening for yoga classes. The morning session will focus on energising the body so that you're in good shape for the day.
At the end of the afternoon, a more interior and meditative practice will allow you to return to your inner harmony.
