Depart Nice on flight EK 78 at 14:30. You will arrive in Dubai at 23:55. You will then take flight EK 530 at 02:45, arriving in Cochin at 08:05 on 1702. On arrival, you will be collected from the airport to Fort Cochin.

Transfer and lunch in a Fort Cochin restaurant. In the afternoon, there will be a one-hour cruise in Fort Cochin Bay and a walk in the Mattanchery district.

Dinner and accommodation included

After breakfast, departure for a guided tour of Mattanchery (Synagogue and Palace), followed by a drive to Allepey. Board a houseboat for a 3 to 5 hour cruise. Lunch on board the boat, followed by a coach journey to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in the Backwaters region.

On your arrival, the Ayurvedic doctor will interview you and, after taking your pulse, completing a questionnaire and carrying out a complete examination, will prescribe your personalised treatment, including a short introduction to Ayurveda, and will determine the treatment plan for your stay, the type of 4-hand massages you will be given and your diet; every day, you will have a medical check-up, with additional examinations if necessary. On the first day, you begin your Ayurvedic treatment: All Ayurvedic treatments according to the arrival examination (approx. 90-120 minutes).
Each day you will receive a massage such as Abhyangha oil massages, some of which are synchronised, Shirodhara forehead oil pouring, Pinda Sweda herbal or rice massage, herbal wraps, purification therapies, herbal steam bath, phytotherapy and Ayurvedic herbal juices (on site during the Ayurvedic cure). The planned programme is that of a "rejuvenation" cure.

Time to pack again. The return flight is scheduled for 04:30 on March 2. You will have to leave the centre during the night of 1 to 2 March. You will arrive in Dubai at 07:15. You will then take the 08:20 flight to arrive in Nice at 12:35.
