for a swim in its warm, turquoise and milky waters and
road to Reykjavík through the wild and lunar landscapes of the
Reykjanes peninsula.
First visit to Iceland's capital, Reykjavík.

Day 2

Snæfellsnes Peninsula

Departure for the country's west coast and the Snæfellsnes region.
Cliffs, rugged coastlines and isolated farms on the great plains are the ideal setting for
landscapes on offer. You can wander along the reefs of
Djúpalónssandur. Further west, you arrive at the small port of Arnarstapi, nestled
under the Snæfellsjökull glacier, the gateway to the Journey to the Centre of Europe.

Day 3

Borgarfjörður

Today, you will finish exploring the Snæfellsnes peninsula and
join Borgarnes and the Borgarfjörður for a return passage to the
the beautiful and atypical Hraunfossar waterfalls ("the lava waterfalls") and
Barnafoss ("the children's waterfall").
In Reykholt you can also visit the historic home of Snorri
Sturluson, a famous 13th-century writer, poet and historian.
You can also climb to the top of a volcanic crater that offers
a view of the Grábrók region.

of Þingvellir, where you can see the famous phenomena in the open air.

Today you'll be discovering the southern region and its wide variety of views
magnificent: The great black sand beaches, the two majestic
Seljalandsfoss (which you can walk behind) and Skógafoss waterfalls,
the Eyjafjallajökull and Mýrdalsjökull glaciers, which you can explore.
After discovering the small village of Vík, your itinerary continues to
through immense lava fields, witness to one of the world's greatest
volcanic eruptions on the island.

Iceland's highest point, Hvannadalshnjúkur, a peak in the valley of the

Skaftafell, the starting point for a number of walking routes ranging from
